Who I am
Lutha Consulting is a sole trader operated by Mark Stevens, based in Nottingham, United Kingdom. I am the data controller for any personal information you provide through this website.

What I collect
If you use the contact form, I collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you choose to provide it, and whatever you write in the message field.
I do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site.
Why I collect it
I use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to communicate with you about that work.
The lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to a business enquiry you have initiated.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Where an enquiry leads to an engagement, records are kept for 6 years in line with normal business and tax requirements.
Who it is shared with
Your information is not sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.

Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service protects the contact form from automated abuse
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. Cookies may be set if you log in to the website as an administrator, which does not apply to ordinary visitors.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to request a copy of the information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
To exercise any of these, email mark@lutha.co and I will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
