my story
Thirty years working in and alongside life science, pharmaceutical manufacturing and technology organisations, leading teams through complex operational, performance and compliance challenges. Five exits, including the sale of my own software and consulting business to Formpipe Software AB in 2014.
I studied chemical engineering with biochemical engineering at Birmingham, then started out as a process development engineer in biologics manufacturing. That’s where the focus on performance, quality and outcomes began, and it still shapes how I work.
Most of my work comes through long-standing relationships and referrals.
THE NAME
Lutha comes from my children, Lucas and Martha. When I set the business up I promised they’d be part of it. A personal commitment, and a reminder of the long view I’m taking.
